If you’ve stumbled onto this blog and wondered,
“Why is she sharing all of this?” — you’re not alone.

I’ve wondered it too. I pray daily for discernment as what truth to share and the best way to do it when my spirit leads me to speak.

There are days I sit back and question myself:

I want to speak gently but clearly about why I write the way I do — and who I’m writing for.

I’m not here to get attention.
I’m here to tell the truth — as honestly, vulnerably, and soulfully as I can —
so someone else out there will whisper, “Me too.”

I know how lonely it is to live with grief, trauma, spiritual questions, or deep healing that doesn’t come with clean edges.
I know how confusing it is to carry big thoughts and big faith inside a body that’s been through too much.

I write so that someone — maybe you — doesn’t feel like the only one trying to process the mess with a tender heart and a holy kind of hope.

What You’ll Find Here:

  • Raw reflections from a faith-filled life that hasn’t been easy
  • Honest journaling about motherhood, trauma, illness, and healing
  • Creative storytelling — sometimes memoir-style, sometimes metaphorical
  • Prayers, poems, letters, and things I’d whisper to you if we sat on a porch together

What You Won’t Find Here:

  • Perfectly packaged inspiration
  • Judgment
  • Preaching from a pedestal
  • Answers I don’t truly believe

If something I write makes you uncomfortable —
That’s okay.
You don’t have to read it.
But please know: I never write to shame, or shock, or manipulate.

I write because I’m trying to survive with soul intact — and maybe you are too.

So if you’re still here, and still reading,
thank you.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are.

And if anything you read helps you feel a little less alone —
then I’ve done what I came to do.

With love and clarity,
🕊️ Christina
